The detached villa in the Boomberg residential area was built in 1895 to the design of architect J. de Groot in an eclectic style. The classicist main form was decorated with false joints and pseudo half-timbering in the facades. The romantic connection to the surrounding nature is apparent from the carved wooden half-timbered elements and from the conservatory. The decorative elements were restored during the restoration.
