An apartment building at the Rosarium in the Boomberg residential area on the site of a large plastered villa in the classicist style does not seem obvious. However, the fairly low apartment building blends in well with the surrounding villas, due to its plasticity and decorative effect. The use of steel windows gave the opportunity to add delicacy and airiness to the design, so that it does not dominate the environment.
