Boschhoek is a large villa in a business style. The villa stands on a large plot with a difference in height, so that at the rear the basement is at the level of the garden. The bay windows extend over two floors. The roof molding rests on carved consoles. The chimneys form striking vertical elements. The name Kannesheuvel refers to the name of the villa park in which the villa is built, the Kannesheuvel Park.
