At the Groest in the center is a factory house, which housed a carpet factory in the rear. The elongated building, which housed the dyers, is also still there. The site is closed off on the street side with an iron bar fence with large, richly decorated pillars. The use of different bricks creates a colorful image. The facade ends in a spout facade with Neo-Renaissance decorations. In 1918, the first production area of the Dutch Signal Devices Factory (NSF) was set up in this complex.
