The neoclassical mansion is notable for its special, rectangular shape and the far overhanging roof molding on carved consoles. The original building plans only show the left part of the front facade as a tower-like volume, but it may have already been constructed in its current form during construction. The mansion housed a guest house in the 1930s and 1940s. The original iron bar gate with the entrance gates on the corner of the plot has disappeared.
