The double villa in an eclectic style with Art Nouveau and half-timbered elements is situated at the intersection of roads. With an orientation on both roads, the eastern boundary of the northwestern villa area is marked. The floor plan is apparently erratic. Striking is the quadrangular extension under a high gabled roof with a sheer, red Tuiles-du-nord roof tiles, a pylon and a weather vane.
