In 1938, Dudok designed a (semi-) bungalow with five rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, cellar and a separate storage room for the lessee of the water sports pavilion at the sports harbor. The beautiful house with far-reaching tiled roof and windows with rod division is hidden in the green. The detached shed has Dudok’s characteristic round window.
