Gas works Director house

OIn 1931, Dudok designed a house for the deputy director on the site of the gas works. It was a spacious mansion on a generous plot of land. The house had two floors and a high steep attic floor. A single-storey extension in the side wall gave the ground floor an L-shaped floor plan. For the Villa Industria new-build plan, the house was demolished in the second decade of this century.
