Sportlaan, Stadhoudersplein and Scheveningsche Boschjes, The Hague

The elongated zone of the ‘reconstruction plan Sportlaan – Stadhoudersplein – Scheveningsche Boschjes’ in The Hague from 1946 was conceived as a parkway – a scenically designed car route – that connected the park Ockenburg with the Schevenigse Bosjes. The thought eastern end with a grand cultural center was never implemented.
